Includes weekly to monthly symptom monitoring via BRITE app, all appointments with provider, all prescriptions and refills, along with provider messaging portal.

Non-organic based BHRT from a local compound pharmacy
Includes monthly symptom monitoring with provider, all appointments, and provider messaging portal. Prescription cost not included.
**$127 per month
Slow Release Subcutaneous Pellets by Evexias Diagnostics
Female: $400 every 3-4 months
Male: $750 every 6-7 months
Required bloodwork between procedures to ensure proper dosage.
**Additional fees required for annual 24 urine testing
