The mission of Heart 2 Heal is to facilitate a re-imagined healthcare clinic founded on faith, freedom, and health. H2H exists to restore trust, offer guidance in preventative health, and partner with patients through their medical journey with collaboration and medical choice.
Vision
The vision of Heart 2 Heal is to guide patients to a healthy lifestyle, foremost by caring for the whole person. We believe meeting families where they are at and treating them as we are commanded in scripture is how to restore true health to a community. This can best be accomplished through providers who have direct and trusted relationship with those they care for.
