Heart 2 Heal Offers Multiple Service and Payment Options

At Heart 2 Heal, you can choose to pay for services as you at the time of your appointment or as a Direct Primary Care (DPC) monthly fee that is affordable and unlimited. Direct Primary Care is a re-imaged healthcare offering that removes barriers between you and your doctor. For a recurring flat rate, you escape the hassle of unknown costs, managing your insurance coverage, paying a fee every time you need to see your provider and waiting days, weeks or months to see someone you may not have met before. Our DPC membership offers you access to our doctors whenever you need them, in person or virtual office visits and direct messaging services. In addition, receive included or discounted costs on labs, supplements and Functional Medicine Visits. Direct Primary Care is not health insurance. Membership provides affordable care for most of your family’s medical needs. For catastrophic coverage, H2H recommends joining a Healthcare Sharing Ministry, such as Samaritan Ministries. The Heart 2 Heal “pay as you go” option is a great choice for patients who are seeking only Functional Medicine, IV Therapy or Phlebotomy services. Why does Heart 2 Heal have a membership agreement?

At H2H, we want you to know who we are! Our Membership and Services agreement is a legally binding agreement that communicates who we are as an organization, including our Board of Directors, providers and staff. We continue to re-imagine healthcare every day and these documents are our foundation. These are the values that guide how we treat our community and our patients both in urgent need and through holistic preventative care. We do not require our members to believe the same Biblical worldview or religious convictions, all are welcome, but these values communicate how we wish to honor you, your body, your health, and your medical choices. This membership does not have a required fee, but we do encourage you to make a tax deductible donation.
